"...The goal of LSN is to facilitate the distributionof scholarly information
related to law to legal, economics, andbusiness scholars and practitioners
throughout the world. LSN is a division of Social Science Electronic Publishing,
Inc., whichalso sponsors the Financial Economics Network (FEN), the AccountingResearch
Network (ARN) and the Economics Research Network (ERN). LSN will publish
a series of electronic journals of abstracts-- of working papers as well
as articles accepted for pub ication-- in various areas of law. These journals
will be distributed principally via the Internet, but also may be provided
