Papers

Co.Co.A. is not a usual summer school. Rather, it has so far become a round-table of jurists who share a keen interest in constitutional matters. The high profile of all participants has been an invaluable opportunity for exchanging data and insights within the European as well as the non-European dimension of constitutional adjudication. They gathered case law and legislation on the issues dealt with during the first and second edition.

The final papers of participants are now made freely available on the website, so that the scientific community at large can profit of the Co.Co.A. project at the University of Trento .
