LLM or MRLS in Natural Resources and Enviromental
Law and Policy
This program is open to applicants who have
a legal background and those that do not. An LLM for those with a
prior law degree and a Master in Resources Law Studies is avaliable
for non-law background applicants. Each can be completed in two semester.
A Certificate of Natural Resource Law Studies is open to both law
and non-law background applicants and can be completed in one semester.
Over 40 courses relating to natural resources and enviromental law
are offered. Enrollment is capped at 25 students to ensure a high
quality level and small class size. Students accepted into the program
may compete for scholarship in the amount of US£1.000 each.
LLM in American and Comparative Law
This program is open to applicants who have
a law degree from a university outside the United States. It is
open to individuals who want to do advanced legal study in international
or United State law. This LLM is a twentyfour hours program designed
to be completed in two semesters. Students take one requred course
in each semester and chose the remainder of their courses from over
100 courses offered every year. Enrollment is capped at 25 students
to ensure a high quality level and ample academic and administrative
support to students. Scholarship assistance is avaliable on a limited
basis.

Descrizione: The Postgraduated Certificate
is carried out with the support of the European Commission under
the Robert Schuman Project. The content is: EU Law - institutions,

Remedies and procedures in EU law and national law. It will start

Requisiti: The admission requirements

degree in law will be considered on their merits. An adeguate command
of English is necessary for the course as it is delivered and assessed
entirely in English.

Internship presso l’IOM (International Organization for Migration)
Si tratta di un’organizzazione dell’ONU con sede a Ginevra, che
si occupa dei problemi delle Migrazioni. Possono usufruire dell’Internship
gli studenti vicini alla laurea o i laureati con età compresa
fra 21 e 32 anni. La durata varia da un minimo di 4 settimane a
un massimo di 6 mesi. L’internship non è remunerata, però

Internship Program presso l’UNDP (Programma di Sviluppo delle
Nazioni Unite)
Si tratta di borse di studio/lavoro offerte a studenti vicini alla
laurea, che abbiano un brillante curriculum, per effettuare un’esperienza
diretta nell’ambito dei programmi dell’UNDP.
Qust’organizzazione è la più importante, nell’ambito
ONU, per l’aiuto allo sviluppo. I principali settori interessati
sono: economia, relazioni internazionali, antropologia, sociologia,
pubblica amministrazione, gestione d’impresa, ambiente.
Possono essere selezionati solo gli studenti che, completata l’internship,
ritorneranno agli studi.
L’internship non è remunerata, ma è assicurato il
rimborso delle spese. Non esiste un vincolo tra l’internship e la
futura occupazione: tuttavia molti partecipanti, una volta completati
gli studi ed effettuate le necessarie domande, hanno trovato lavoro
nell’UNDP o nel sistema delle Nazioni Unite.
La domanda di partecipazione può essere presentata

INTERNSHIP PROGRAMME AT THE OFFICE OF THE UNITED NATIONS HIGH
COMMISSIONER FOR HUMAN RIGHTS
The participants in the internship programme are selected from graduate
students and holders of graduate level degrees in disciplines
related to the work of the United Nations, e.g. International Law,
Political Science, History, Social Sciences. Preference will be
given to those, within these disciplines, who have specialized
in human rights issues. Typically, interns do not have previous
working experience of this nature. Applicants must be sponsored
by an academic institution and must have a good command of at least
two of the six official languages of the United Nations, i.e. English,
French, Spanish, Arabic, Russian and Chinese. Drafting ability
in either English or French is required.
